For over two decades, Kolga Tbilisi Photo Week has been shaping a cultural platform that brings Georgia closer to the international artistic community and enables global photographers to engage with the country’s unique character and visual identity.

Founded in 2002, Kolga Tbilisi Photo Week has become a recognized institution in the field of photography, annually presenting exhibitions by internationally acclaimed artists in Tbilisi. The festival is being held for the second time at the cultural center, Factory Tbilisi, which has once again opened its doors this year to host participants and photography enthusiasts, serving as an important platform for project presentations and professional dialogue.

Photo Week showcases a broad spectrum of photographic practices, ranging from historical perspectives to contemporary approaches. Alongside exhibitions, the program includes workshops, lectures, and discussions addressing current trends and key issues in photography.

The mission of Kolga Tbilisi Photo Week is to connect international photographic discourse—both classical and contemporary—with Georgian photography.
